What is the Price Promise?
The Price Promise is a 12-month rate guarantee designed to provide simple, predictable storage pricing. Your monthly rental rate will remain the same throughout your guarantee period beginning on your move-in date.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The Price Promise does not extend your lease beyond our standard month-to-month rental agreement.
What does the Price Promise apply to?
The Price Promise applies to your monthly rental rate only and does not affect additional fees, taxes, insurance requirements, or optional services.
What happens after the 12-month Price Promise period?
After the Price Promise period ends, your rental agreement continues on a month-to-month basis. Future rates may be subject to market adjustments, and advance notice will always be provided before any changes take effect.
Does transferring units affect the Price Promise?
Yes. The Price Promise applies to your original unit and rate. If you transfer to a different unit, the new unit will reflect the current rate at the time of transfer.
Can I still receive promotional discounts?
Yes. Promotional discounts and move-in specials apply normally. Once a promotional period ends, the standard rental rate becomes the protected Price Promise rate for the remainder of the 12-month guarantee period.
